Tennille Gore Photography & Katie Mathews Photography have teamed up to bring you a magical Santa Mini session event! In addition to meeting the "Big Man" himself, without the long lines at those other places, we are also doing a toy drive to collect toys that will then be donated to Wilmington area children's non-profits, charities and/or child advocacy groups.
Cost and what is included: the cost of the Santa Mini Session is $45* for up to 3 children. You'll need to book two successive sessions for parties of more than 3 children. *In addition to the $45 session fee, bring a new unwrapped toy ($15 value) OR $15 at the door (and we'll shop for a toy). That we will then donate to a local children's non-profit, charity, or child advocacy group.
Mini sessions include 4 digital images from your session via download. You will get a gallery of all final images to choose from. Additional images may be purchased a la carte.
These are on a first reserved first serve basis. Mini session retainers are non refundable and paid in full at checkout.
Once a spot has been reserved we will email you additional details (i.e. location/directions, reminders etc)
Mini sessions are scheduled every 20 minutes and there will be 3 appointments booked at that time. As each family arrives/checks in we will do your session. Actual session will be approximately 6 minutes. You must be on time. Please understand we cannot change this rule as we will have other families coming right after you.
Santa Mini Sessions will take place in our studio on Sunday, November 20th; Saturday, November 26th; Sunday, November 27th and Thursday, December 1, 2016.
-One outfit or Christmas PJs only

***Please note that mini session fees are non refundable, given the nature of the event all appointments will sell out. In the unfortunate instance that you are unable to attend we will allow your retainer to be applied as a print credit to be used within six months with either photographer when a full session is booked.***
